In these Terms and Conditions, "Cristal Poker" or "we" refer to Cristal Poker, a gaming website operating under the Curacao eGaming license (Master License 8048/JAZ). The term "you" refers to any user who accesses our services.

ACCOUNT CREATION AND USE

To create an account on Cristal Poker, you must provide valid personal and contact information. You agree that your username, password, and other security details will not be shared with any third party without our prior consent.

GAMING RULES AND REGULATIONS

We reserve the right to modify or introduce new gaming rules, game variations, betting limits, promotions, tournaments, events, games and related terms as per Section 4 of these Terms & Conditions. These will be notified on Cristal Poker website from time-to-time.

CHARGES AND FEES

Wer is entitled to charge any fees in connection with the Services including transaction fees which shall be communicated separately by us at a later date, and you agree that such charges may vary as per our discretion without prior notice.

WAGERING LIMITS

Maximum wagering limit for individual players will not exceed £10,000 (Ten Thousand Euros). Players can bet in their selected currencies within this limit and can change the currency of choice any time during the game play. If Cristal Poker finds it necessary to set a temporary or permanent deposit/withdrawal restriction on you for various reasons including but limited to abuse of promotional offers or bonuses offered by Cristal Poker, we may at our discretion do so without informing prior.

DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURES

Cristal Poker is entitled to charge any fees in connection with the Services including transaction fees which shall be communicated separately by us at a later date. Please note that all transactions are subject to verification checks and anti-money laundering procedures, and your account may be restricted or suspended if you attempt to deposit/withdraw funds using unauthorized means.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Curacao. Your access to our services is governed by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable local, national and international law regarding gaming and electronic commerce.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time without notice if we suspect that you have breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in prohibited activities as defined under Section 7 of these Terms &Conditions.

Cristal Poker is not liable for damages, loss, injury arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our website and software are provided "as-is" without any warranty, express or implied. By accessing our services, you agree to indemnify us against any losses, costs, claims, liabilities resulting from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cristal Poker reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time as per Section 4 of these Terms &Conditions without prior notice to you. Continued access to our services will be deemed acceptance of such amendments.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located within Curacao, at your expense if unsuccessful.

By using our services, you confirm that you have read and understood all terms and conditions set forth above, including any future amendments made by Cristal Poker as per Section 13 of these Terms &Conditions.
